Arvanalytics programs are very easy to install. Once purchased, a link will be provided to download the files to the customer's PC. The file folder can be saved on the desktop or anywhere the customer chooses. The templates are now available to use. They can be sent or emailed to as many users within the organization as desired.
What kind of instructions are provided?
Detailed PDF documents are included that provide specific template instructions, as well as General Excel Usage instructions that allow for easy use and understanding for customers of all skill levels. Certain packages also include a Tax Return Learning Tool and a Credit Analysis Fundamentals Curriculum for additional educational opportunities. There are also video tutorials for the templates themselves along with General Excel Tips Tutorials as well to enhance the user experience.
Are the templates customizable?
Yes. While the templates all come pre-set as password protected, they do allow more skilled users the ability to customize and edit templates if desired. Instructions and guides are provided detailing how customizations can be completed.

Absolutely! The Entire Arvanalytics Program is capable of completing Credit Analysis for both Commercial and/or Consumer Underwriting, no matter how simple or complex the requirements.

Yes, all templates come pre-set as password protected to avoid potential "user-error" concerning the formulas and their calculations.
What type of underwriting do these tools support?
Arvanalytics offers tools that support both Consumer/Retail Underwriting as well as Commercial Underwriting. Any type of business can be analyzed using these templates (Rental Real Estate, Commercial and Industrial, Retail Businesses, Manufacturing, etc.).
Are there financial statement spreading tools provided?
Yes. In certain packages, a Financial Spreading Tool is included that requires the user to simply input the balance sheet and income statement information of a business into the spreadsheet. It will then automatically calculate trend analysis, ratio analysis, and a UCA cash flow (both direct and indirect methodologies).
